Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of the Parotia website, the templates and services you order through it.

How this works

You browse the templates and request a demo, and our team shows you one on a call. If you decide to go ahead, we agree a plan and a price, and payment is taken off the platform — this website accepts no payments. Once paid, we build your site, send you a private link to review it, and then launch it on your domain.

Prices

Prices are shown in Egyptian pounds or US dollars depending on the country your request comes from. They are indicative until we confirm them to you in writing; the plan and price we agree are what apply.

What we need from you

We need your content, images, logo and domain details in good time, and you confirm you have the right to use everything you send us. Delivery dates move by however long those materials take to arrive.

Revisions and cancellation

Each plan includes 2 revision rounds. Cancellation and refunds: Cancellation is allowed before work begins. Once work has started, payments are non-refundable, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

What you own, and what we own

Your content and your brand remain yours. The template's design and code remain Parotia's, licensed to you for use on your site under the template licence.

Liability

We provide the service with professional care. We do not warrant that a site will run uninterrupted or produce any particular commercial result. Liability is limited to the total amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim during the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
