Privacy Policy

This page explains what the Parotia website collects, why, and who it reaches. We collect what we need to reply to you and deliver your work, and nothing beyond that.
What we collect
- Contact form: your name, email, subject, the service you asked about, and your message.
- Demo request: your name and either an email or a WhatsApp number, plus your company name, logo, preferred meeting time and notes when you add them.
- Site request: the above, plus the content of your site and any images you upload.
- Meeting booking: your name, email, the service and the time — which become a calendar invitation sent to you.
- Automatically, with each submission: your IP address, your browser's user-agent string, and the country your connection resolves to. These limit automated abuse and decide which currency you are quoted in.
Who else sees it
We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising. It reaches only the providers we run the site on: MongoDB Atlas for the database, Amazon S3 for uploaded images, Resend for email, Google Calendar for meeting invitations, and Google Maps for the map on the contact page. At each of those, their own privacy policy applies.
Cookies
parotia_ccy— the currency your country resolves to, so prices are shown in it.NEXT_LOCALE— the language you chose.token— a sign-in session for Parotia staff only. Visitors are never issued one.
While you are customising a template, your browser also keeps a copy of that work locally so you do not lose it. That copy stays on your device until you submit the request.
How long we keep it
We keep requests and messages for 24 months, then delete them. You can ask us to delete your data sooner at any time.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your personal data, request that inaccurate or incomplete information be corrected, or ask us to delete your personal data where applicable, by contacting us at info@parotia.solutions.
