Template Licence

Buying a Parotia template gives you a licence to use it, not ownership of the design. This page sets out exactly what the licence covers.

Allowed

• Use the template for your own business website
• Modify colors
• Modify text
• Modify images
• Customize the layout

Not allowed

• Resell the template
• Redistribute the source files
• Publish the template on another marketplace
• Create a competing template marketplace using Parotia assets
• Share premium template files publicly

What your plan includes

• The right to use the template for one site, for your business.
• Full ownership of your own content — your words, images, logo and brand.
• The site built, hosted and launched on your domain.
• The revisions included in your plan, and support for 30 days after launch.

Other limits

• Using the same template for a second site without a further licence.
• Exclusivity in the design. The same template may be licensed to other clients unless we agree otherwise in writing.

Images in the demos

Photographs used in demonstrations are there to show the layout and may be subject to their photographers' own licences. Demo content is replaced with yours at delivery; if you want to keep a demo image, you need to license it yourself.

When the licence ends

The licence runs for as long as the site does and payment obligations are met. Breaching the restrictions above ends it.
